Anne Shukla, M.F.A. has over a decade of experience working with nonprofit organizations.
She brings a passion for strengthening communities and enjoys doing so by working directly with youth.
After earning a BA in Public Communication from American University, Anne spent ten months as an
AmeriCorps N*CCC Member and has also worked for nonprofit organizations worldwide from London,
UK to Honolulu, HI in roles including Teaching Artist, Adolescent Residential Counselor and Volunteer Development Manager.
Anne moved to Seattle to study management of nonprofit arts organizations at Seattle University and earned her MFA in
Arts Leadership with a focus on arts education partnerships in 2010.
Since 2008, Anne has supported the clients of MEMconsultants through every step of the evaluation process from planning
to designing tools and collecting data to analysis and reporting. She also studied how evaluation can support systemic
change through her role as Field Coordinator for the Washington Families Fund Systems Initiative Evaluation, examining
how homeless families are served in King, Pierce and Snohomish counties. In 2015, she joined the faculty of Seattle
University as an adjunct professor teaching Strategic Planning for Arts Organizations and Program Evaluation for Nonprofits.
