She holds a B.A. in Biology from Cornell University, with a minor in theatre, and is currently pursuing an M.A. in Museum Studies with an evaluation specialization at the University of Washington. She developed her passion for community engagement and education as a wildlife educator working with raptor ambassador animals. She is especially interested in understanding how public education contributes to beneficial change in society for humans and other animals.

At MEMconsultants, Kit supports data collection and qualitative and quantitative analysis, ensuring a rich understanding of community feedback from diverse voices to assess program successes and identify actionable avenues for organizational decision-making.

Outside of work, Kit enjoys a wide range of pursuits, including art, film, theatre, and spending time with her animals. As a Certified Professional Bird Trainer (CPBT-KA) and licensed falconer, she enjoys exploring the natural spaces around Seattle while flying her hawk, Wyatt.
