About Victoria (continued) –
Victoria Bonebrake, M.A., brings years of experience in informal learning research and evaluation, along with a dedication to making STEM learning inclusive and accessible for historically underserved communities. After earning a Bachelor of Science in cultural anthropology, Victoria spent five years as an assistant then research analyst at Oregon State University's STEM Research Center, where she helped improve learning environments through research design, administration, analysis, and communication. Her projects supported learners in K-12 schools, colleges and universities, museums, zoos and aquariums, camps, and arts festivals; working with funders such as the National Science Foundation, the Bezos Family Foundation, and the Howard Hughes Medical Institute.

In 2021 she completed a master’s degree in museology with a specialization in evaluation from the University of Washington.  During that time, she also worked at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Discovery Center as a visitor experience associate, developing programs for elementary to adult visitors that merged science with social justice to ignite and inspire the changemaker in everyone. Now based in Huntsville, Alabama, Victoria remotely supports MEMconsultants and other nonprofits with evaluation design and analysis, equipping organizations with the knowledge they need to amplify their impact. She enjoys finding creative ways to embed evaluation activities within programs and appreciates partnerships that encourage the exploration of new practices.
